الملخص
يعد موضوع نظام تكنولوجيا المعلومات (ITS) من الموضوعات المهمة والمعاصرة في الفكر الإداري، وتسعى المنظمات بمختلف أنواعها إلى تطبيقه ومحاولة الوصول إلى النظام المتكامل لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بغية النمو والاستمرار بالتنافس، ولهذا ظهرت الحاجة إلى دراسته في المنظمات العراقية. إذ هدف البحث إلى معرفة مستوى أداء (ITS) في كليتين من كليات جامعة ديالى وهما (كلية العلوم، وكلية التربية الأصمعي) وفيما إذا كان الأداء منسجماً مع متطلبات (ITS) المتكامل.
أُختيرت عينة البحث من الملاكات الوظيفية في الكليتين وبمستويات مختلفة، واستخدمت استمارة الاستبانة لجمع البيانات، إذ بلغ المسترجع منها (67) استبانة لكلا الكليتين، وبعد التحليل توصل البحث إلى عدم وصول الكليتين إلى متطلبات النظام التكنولوجي ألمعلوماتي المتكامل، فضلاً عن وجود فروق معنوية بين الكليتين في مستوى الإجابات ومستوى أداء الكليتين الحالي.
