تدرس هذه الورقة تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية في ظل ظروف المخاطرة واللاتاكد. ان تقييم المشاريع الاستثمارية في ظل المخاطر واللاتاكد من الممكن أن ينفذ عن طريق تطبيق مختلف الأساليب والتقنيات. وأشهر هذه الطرق هي: معدل الخصم المعدل للمخاطرة، أسلوب المعادل المؤكد، تحليل الحساسية وأسلوب المحاكاة. والهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو استخدام تحليل الحساسية في تقييم مشروع القناني الزجاجية في محافظة الانبار.
ظهر بعد تطبيق تحليل الحساسية إن مشروع القناني الزجاجية حساس للعوامل (التدفق النقدي، الكلفة الاستثمارية، العمر الإنتاجي)، لذلك يجب إن يكون اهتمام لهذه العوامل خصوصا، الكلفة الاستثمارية والتدفق النقدي، فإذا ازدادت الكلفة الاستثمارية بنسبة اكثر من 41% فسيحقق المشروع قيمة حالية سالبة، ايضا اذا انخفض التدفق النقدي للمشروع بمقدار اكبر من 31% فسوف يحقق المشروع قيمة حالية سالبة .
