توظيف البرمجة الهدفية الضبابية في المجال الطبي

ان الهدف من هذه الدراسة هو استخدام اسلوب البرمجة الهدفية وتقنية البرمجة الهدفية الضبابية لدارسة تقدير الحاجة السنوية بشكل دقيق وصحيح بالاعتماد على البيانات والمعلومات عن كمية الاستخدام الفعلي للادوية والمستلزمات الطبية في كل من المستشفيات والمؤسسات الصحية خلال مدة معينة حيث تم اخذ الشركة العامة لتسويق الادوية والمستلزمات الطبية كعينة للبحث . وتم بناء انموذج البرمجة الهدفية لهذه المشكلة والتي تضمنت (15) متغير قرار , و(19) قيد وهدفين هما :
- الصرف الرشيد للميزانية المخصصة للادوية وللمستلزمات .
- ضمان تلبية حاجات المرضى من الادوية والمستلزمات المطلوبة لتحسين صحتهم ورفع مستوى الصحي للمواطنين بشكل عام .
ثم حل الانموذج باستخدام البرنامج الجاهز win QSBوتم التوصل الى ان استخدام تقنية البرمجة الهدفية المضببة في تحديد الكميات المثلى من الادوية والمستلزمات الطبية تعطي نتائج افضل.
