المستخلص
الغرض: تشخيص وتحديد مستوى الموازنة بين الوقت المتاح للحياة والعمل لدى الاطباء في مستشفيات مدينة الطب الستة.
التصميم والمنهجية والمدخل: تم الاعتماد على مقياس جاهز، للتأكد من تشخيص وتحديد مستوى الموازنة بين الوقت المتاح للحياة والعمل، حيث تم توزيع 42 استمارة على الاطباء في مستشفيات مدينة الطب الستة، وتم تحليلها بواسطة برنامج Nvivo) و SPSS v.22).
النتائج: اظهرت النتائج ان هناك مستوى جيداً من الموازنة بين الوقت المتاح للحياة والعمل لدى الاطباء.
محددات البحث: صعوبة توزيع الاستمارات على الاطباء في المستشفيات وفي العيادات الخارجة وجمعها، نتيجة للانشغال المستمر للأطباء بالأعمال المناطة بهم.
الآثار العملية: ان الاهتمام بالموازنة وتعزيزها بين الوقت المتاح للحياة والعمل، يمكن أن يساعد على تحسين أداء المستشفيات في مدينة الطب.
