تناول هذا البحث مشكلة تصميم الخط الانتاجي في الشركة العامة للصناعات الكهربائية، حيث لوحظ أن خط التجميع لمحرك المروحة السقفية غير مستقر ويتعرض لتغيرات حادة ومرحلية، وان تنفيذ الفعاليات في بعض المحطات سريع على حساب المحطات اللاحقة مما يؤدي الى اختناقات بين محطات العمل الآمر الذي يؤدي الى توقف العمل في بعض المحطات مسبباً بذلك تكوّن الوقت العاطل وتكديس المواد تحت التصنيع .
وفي هذا البحث تم تصميم نظام بوساطة الحاسوب، يهدف تخصيص المهام على محطات العمل باستخدام الطرق الاجتهادية (اكبر وزن موضعي، واكبر وقت للمهام، واقل وقت للمهام، واقل تتابع للمهام، واكبر تتابع للمهام) لتحقيق اكبر كفاءة واقل وقت عاطل، في هذا البحث نجد بان اكبر وزن موضعي افضل طرق لترتيب الخط
