يتناول هذا البحث تحليل أبعاد سلوكيات المواطنة التنظيمية لعينة من تدريسيي جامعة بغداد من خلال خمسة أبعاد للمواطنة (الإيثار- صحوة الضمير- روح التسامح- الكياسة- طوعية المشاركة).
تألفت عينة البحث من (120) تدريسي من أربع كليات من جامعة بغداد ومن أهم استنتاجات البحث ارتفاع مستوى سلوك المواطنة لدى التدريسي الجامعي العراقي من خلال تأييده الطوعي لأغلب أبعاد سلوك المواطنة ومن أهم التوصيات التي قدمها البحث فهي التأكيد على تشجيع وتنمية هذا السلوك لأثره الواضح في أداء كافة المنظمات وخاصة الجامعات.
