تم في هذا البحث تطبيق اسلوب كل الانحدارات الممكنة واسلوب الانحدار المتدرج لاختيار افضل نموذج لقياس أثر رأس المال البشري ممثلا ً بمستويات مختلفة من الكوادر البشرية على انتاجية العمل في قطاع الصناعة التحويلية في العراق من خلال توظيف بيانات سلسلة زمنية مؤلفة من 21 سنة وقد استخدم البرنامج الاحصائي SPSS لاجراء الحسابات المطلوبة.
