يهدف البحث الحالي الى تقديم تأطير مفاهيمي وتطبيقي حول موضوع التحليل المتعدد المستويات في بحوث ادارة الاعمال. ويحاول البحث معالجة بعض المشكلات التي تنتاب اعداد البحوث والدراسات على المستوى العربي والمحلي من حيث وحدة مستوى التُنظير والقياس والتحليل، وكذلك توضيح انواع البنى المفاهيمية المتنوعة واعطاء الباحثين القدرة على تمييز النماذج المختلفة ذات العلاقة بمستوى التحليل. من جانب اخر يقدم البحث مثال تطبيقي يوضح خطوات التحليل المتعدد المستويات في ضوء بيانات جمعت في دراسة سابقة تضم (103) كلية ينطوي تحتها (446) فرد.
